• 2 years for the accessories like chargers, BMS etc. It starts from the delivery date.
• Warranty period may vary from different work conditions and battery cell.

Notice:

• Our batteries are warranted against the damages arising from the following conditions and consequential liabilities will not be entertained by Eneroc:
• Damage caused by human abuse
• Dismantle battery without permission of Eneroc and our authorized partners;
• Inappropriate storage and transportation
• Damage caused by force majeure, such as fire, earthquake, flood, hurricane, etc;
• Damage caused by improper installation not compliant with product manual.
